Cancellation of order or return of product
Our products are made to order and we do not stock them. Accordingly, products are not refundable unless:
- Cancelled prior to manufacture
- Damaged in transport and cannot be supplemented or replaced.
- Where large orders have been placed and materials have been purchased exclusively for such an order, a cancellation fee of 20% or more may apply and will be evaluated at the time based on the nature of the customized order.
Price
- Prices are clearly stated on our website. While reasonable care is taken in ensuring correct pricing, this may be influenced by human error, and delivery charge inaccuracy due to location and service requested. Notification will be made prior to manufacturing and you will be provided with the choice to proceed or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be put on hold until we are able to receive your instructions.
Please note we reserve the right not to provide the Products at the incorrect/ lower prices.
- Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not apply to orders in the system that have already been accepted or are ongoing.
- All our stated prices exclude GST
- The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Such charges are dependent on contracting transport companies and may change from time to time without notice.
- Our repeat customers and account holders have discounted rates that are specific to each client. Prices are automatically adjusted for clients with such discounts and shall be noted on your invoice. Where you are entitled and an error occurs, please contact us to ensure that your pre-allocation details are correct.
Payment
- You can only pay for the Products using our merchant facility with commonwealth bank at no additional cost using Eft, debit, or credit card. (PayPal purchases incur an additional 1.5% transaction fee)
- Credit Accounts are not provided by our company as a policy and as such, all orders must be paid for in advance
