The Beautify Australia website and all documents and materials referred there in are intended to provide the user with the information necessary to use the site as an online store. Any use of this site is governed by our terms and conditions here in and the Australian laws governing such transactions.

The information in text, pictorial or otherwise has been provided in a concise and accurate way to the best of our knowledge and available information to facilitate the best use of the site in an accessible and informative manner.

You have been provided with the means to interact with us in seeking additional information, application-specific advice and/ or review of intended actions or applications on any product on the site via the application descriptor, contact us form, and associated information. Furthermore, you are encouraged to call our staff during business hours where any doubt occurs about any information presented or is insufficient for your purposes.

This document shall be deemed to apply to all contracts of sale for any Beautify Australia products by you individually or company or any commercial entity under Australian or international laws. Once a transaction has taken place on this site, you are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by this document and its noted content.

Whenever we revise these Terms, we will give notice of this by stating that these Terms have been amended and the relevant date at the top of this page.

Purchasing from our site

You are entitled to purchase from our site if you are a person aged 18 or above if you are a private individual consumer. If you are a business, then you are deemed to be authorised to act on behalf of your business entity. We accordingly are indemnified from any inappropriate, illegal or otherwise unauthorised actions by you with respect to this site and your company.

When using this site from any part of the world, we welcome your interest and trust in our products. Due to this international clientele, we are bound to inform you of our rights to protect our company from inappropriate or illegal activities and note that we reserve our right to do the following:

When using our shopping cart, the process is as follows:

Each product page provides you description, advantages, uses, pictorial references and container sizes, colour and any variation available. Please make sure that the correct variations are selected as some come at an additional cost and need to be accurately reflected on the invoice.
Provide a description of the application that we are able to review and make recommendations where appropriate. (we note that this does not mean that we are bound to provide such advice unless you expressly request it. This is due to the fact that application variations are numerous and sometimes may be deemed to be unnecessary. We strongly recommend that you expressly state that you require advice. In doing so, we are obliged and are pleased to offer you the support required.)

Note that once you have completed shopping, an invoice will be automatically generated on an accumulative basis until the time you proceed to payment.
Prior to proceeding to payment, you are deemed to have read the invoice to make sure it is accurate and agree that you have reviewed your product selection and considered its suitability. Once production begins, we are bound by our manufacturing time and product return policy.
In proceeding to payment, please note that EFT, PayPal, After pay and Credit card payments are accepted.
Once you complete your selection, please visit our transport cost allocation and follow the steps to calculate your costs prior to payment. Enter the amount to be added to your invoice prior to payment.
On completion of your payment, an invoice will be issued to you together with a confirmation of payment.
Once paid, your order will be reviewed for acceptance, in the case of product descriptions requested and delivery times if any, price discrepancy or inaccuracy, or unavailability at the time. You will be notified by email if the order cannot temporarily be processed. Otherwise, Your order will then be processed and an email will be issued to you stipulating the delivery time if this has not already been pre-agreed over the phone or via email with our staff.

If where for any reason your order cannot be accepted, or you have changed your mind prior to our starting production, your payment will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel/accept any orders that do not comply with our Terms and conditions at any time in the process.

Products

Products are provided in the container sizes noted in each product. Please use the sizes available to make the total order quantity required.
The colour and images provided are for illustrative purposes only and are only as accurate as electronic formats allow, these colours/images may not match the finish or colour displayed on the screen and are not to be used as an exact comparison for your desired usage.
Please request samples to ensure that you are satisfied with the properties and colour of the coating and that the product is suitable for your application.
Our products are penetrative coatings and are influenced by texture, colour and substrate types, particularly our translucent range. Samples provide you with the opportunity to appreciate the performance and the beauty of our products.
Our packaging of products will change from time to time and may not be the same as that shown on the site. Where this occurs, it is generally to improve our delivery and encourage the best product use and handling.

Delivery of products

Our products are delivered to the nominated address on your order.
We are bound by the rules and regulations of the courier company.
You are free to request your courier of choice and send to pick up. We otherwise arrange delivery on your behalf using our courier.
Where our courier has been used, an email will be issued to you with the consignment note and link for tracking.
You are required to track your shipment and ensure that the delivery occurs on time. As the customer, you have the right to call our courier for any issues associated with the delivery. Where your attempts have not been successful, we are happy to assist to the best of our ability.
The products are insured for damage in transport. Where this has occurred, the following procedure must be followed:

Immediately notify us of any damage or loss of product.
If damaged, pictures of the damage must be issued on all sides of the package.
Please note that some deliveries are considered remote and some additional charges will be applied by the courier company. These include residential, remote and other handling charges particular to the courier company. Some areas are not covered and a pick-up may be required from a depot near you.
Where there is such a delivery issue, you will be notified and any extra charges will be issued to you post your EFT payment. Where this is not acceptable, the order is cancelled and monies refunded. We note that such a charge will only be due to the transport company.
In avoiding such issues that may delay the shipment of your product, please advise your remote location in the description or call us so that we may pre advise cost prior to payment.
